By downloading or using North IPTV (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App is a player only

North IPTV is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell, promote or distribute any channels, movies, shows or other content, and it ships with no playlist. The App only plays media from playlist links (M3U URLs or Xtream Codes credentials) that you supply.

2. Your content, your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and for ensuring you have the legal right to access and view their content in your country.
• North IPTV is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any IPTV provider or content service.
• You agree not to use the App to infringe copyright or violate any applicable law. Using the App with unauthorized sources is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions

• Optional North IPTV Premium features (unlimited playlists, iCloud sync, bouquets, live recording) are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in App Store settings.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

4. Content quality and availability

Stream availability, quality, program-guide accuracy and artwork depend entirely on your provider. Features such as recording, downloads and reconnection do their best with the streams they receive, but no particular result is guaranteed. Recordings and downloads are for your personal, private use only, where permitted by your provider and applicable law.

5. Parental control

The parental-control feature hides channels behind a code you choose. It is a convenience feature, not a security guarantee. Keep your code private; it cannot be recovered if forgotten (it can be reset by re-adding the playlist).

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising out of your use of the App or of any third-party content accessed through it.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted at this address constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
